Card brands and declared balance
Select your card brand in the exchange form. If it is not listed, choose Other brand and enter its exact name for review. This option allows you to submit a request; it does not confirm that the card can be exchanged.
Enter the available card balance in USD, from $10 to $10,000, with up to two decimal places. For a partly used card, enter the remaining balance rather than its original value. Ask support before submitting if you are unsure about the currency or card restrictions.
How the estimate is calculated
The estimated payout is the stated card balance minus the service fee shown in the form. The current tiers are:
- $10.00 to $20.00: $1 service fee.
- Above $20.00 and up to $50.00: $2 service fee.
- Above $50.00 and up to $10,000.00: $5 service fee.
For example, $20 gives a $19 estimate, $50 gives $48, and $100 gives $95. These USD estimates remain subject to card review.
Use the fields for your card type
Retail and digital gift cards use the card number or redemption code field. Walmart, Target, Sephora, and Best Buy also require a gift card PIN or access number. For other gift card brands, provide a PIN if applicable.
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Vanilla prepaid cards require the card number, expiration month and year, and the security code shown in the form. Visa, Mastercard, and Vanilla use a three-digit CVV; American Express uses a four-digit CID. A payment-card PIN is not requested.
Passing the form checks confirms only that the entered details meet the required format. Card validity, ownership, and balance still need review.
What happens after submission
A successful submission displays a request reference and a Pending review status. Keep the reference for support. The request is sent for manual handling; this status does not mean a card has been approved or payment has been sent.
Review may need clarification if card details or the stated balance cannot be confirmed, the card has restrictions, or the payout destination is incorrect. Keep the contact email you submitted available for follow-up.
Review and payout times vary. The website does not automatically verify a card balance or issue a payment, and no fixed completion time is promised.
Payout methods and networks
The form offers PayPal, USDT on TRC20, USDT on ERC20, Bitcoin, and Ethereum. Enter the PayPal email or a wallet address for the exact asset and network selected.
The quote is displayed in USD. It does not display a cryptocurrency conversion rate, coin amount, or separate payment-provider or network charges. Ask support to clarify those details for your selected method before proceeding with a payout.
Duplicate warnings, errors, and changes
If the website reports that your card already has a request, contact support with your reference instead of submitting it again. A duplicate warning is not a card approval or a payout confirmation.
If delivery could not be confirmed, keep the reference and contact support to check whether the request arrived. If the form specifically permits a retry after a waiting period, follow the on-screen instructions.
For incorrect details, a withdrawal request, or a payout question, contact support promptly. Wait for support to confirm the request status and whether the change can be made.
