Gift card exchange requests
AllianceGift accepts requests to exchange gift cards and prepaid gift cards for a payout. The website lets you enter card details, view a fee and payout estimate, and send a request to support for manual review.
Submitting the form does not complete an exchange. A successful submission confirms that the request was delivered to the support channel; card approval and payment still require manual handling.
Submit accurate details for cards you control
Only submit a card you own or have permission from its owner to exchange. State the remaining available balance accurately after any prior spending, and provide a contact email where you can be reached.
A brand appearing in the form does not guarantee that every card from that brand is eligible. Card type, remaining balance, activation, expiration, and issuer restrictions can affect review.
- Do not submit stolen, counterfeit, altered, or unauthorized cards.
- Do not claim funds that have already been spent or submit misleading ownership information.
- Do not submit the same card repeatedly or change its details to bypass a duplicate warning.
Card value, service fee, and payout
The form accepts a stated card value from $10 to $10,000 in USD. Its estimate subtracts a $1 fee for values from $10 through $20, a $2 fee for values above $20 through $50, or a $5 fee for values above $50 through $10,000.
The estimate is based on the information you enter. It is not confirmation of the card balance, approval, or a completed payment. If review identifies a different balance or a restriction, the displayed estimate may not apply; contact support about the outcome for your request.
Check your payout destination
Choose a payout method offered in the form and provide an account or wallet you control or are authorized to use. Check the PayPal email or the selected cryptocurrency and network before submitting.
The form checks the format of the destination you enter. It cannot confirm who owns an account or wallet, or that a transfer will be received. Contact support promptly if a destination is incorrect, and wait for confirmation before treating it as corrected.
Payout depends on manual review and the selected payment method. The website does not provide a guaranteed completion time.
Questions, corrections, and withdrawal requests
Keep the reference shown after submission. Use it when asking support about review, a payment, a correction, or whether a request can be withdrawn. A follow-up message does not itself confirm a change or cancellation.
AllianceGift is an independent exchange service. Third-party brand names on the website identify card types and payout options; their appearance does not indicate endorsement by a card issuer or payment provider.
