Ownership

Use only cards you are entitled to exchange

Only submit cards you own or are authorized by the owner to exchange. Keep any purchase receipt or other ownership information available if a question arises during review.

Provide the actual remaining balance. Do not alter card details, misrepresent ownership, submit a card with no available balance, or present the same balance in multiple requests.

Checks

Submission checks and manual review

The website checks required fields, card-number format where applicable, prepaid card expiration and security-code format, and payout-address format. It also limits repeated sending attempts and checks for duplicate card submissions.

These checks help identify entry errors and repeated requests. They do not prove card ownership, confirm the available balance, or guarantee that a request is legitimate. Submitted card details still require manual review.

Safe submission

Protect card details and account access

Check the website address and HTTPS connection before entering card details. Use the dedicated exchange fields for card information, and read the Privacy Policy to understand delivery to the support team through Telegram.

  • Do not post card numbers, redemption codes, PINs, or security codes in public messages.
  • Do not enter a PayPal password, wallet recovery phrase, private key, or sign-in verification code in either form. These are not payout details.
  • Check the payout email, cryptocurrency, network, and wallet address yourself before submitting.
  • Do not change card information or submit repeatedly to get around a warning.

Report an incorrect or unfamiliar request

If you entered incorrect information or believe someone submitted your card without permission, contact support with the request reference if available and explain the issue. Do not resend the full card details in a general message.

If someone is pressuring you to buy or share a gift card to receive a prize, unlock an account, or send money on their behalf, pause and verify the request independently before sharing any card information.

Use the contact form or [email protected] for questions about an AllianceGift request.
